Ingredients

  • 3 cup cooked and chilled rice
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  • Ensure the cooked rice is cold and dry, as warm rice may become sticky during frying. Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and cook until set, then remove and set aside.
    Next, add another tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Add the minced garlic and mixed vegetables, stirring for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir well with the vegetables.
    Then add soy sauce, sesame oil, and the cooked eggs, mixing all the ingredients thoroughly. Add the chopped green onions and a pinch of black pepper, then stir for an additional minute.
