Ingredients

  • 2 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened raw cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A small pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes until golden brown, then let them cool. Rub them well to remove the skins. Next, place the hazelnuts in a food processor and grind them into a smooth butter-like consistency.
Add cocoa powder, powdered sugar, oil, vanilla, and a pinch of salt to the food processor. Blend the ingredients until you achieve a creamy and smooth texture.
If the Nutella is too thick, gradually add more oil until you reach the desired consistency. To store, transfer it to an airtight glass jar and keep it at room temperature for up to two weeks.
